The figure wears a gold-colored crown with a silver ornament, layered gold and silver necklaces, a rudraksha-style bead mala, gold armlets and bangles, a maroon dhoti and an orange-gold sash. A red tilak marks the forehead. Golden carved pillars and gold-brown draped cloth form the background. Because the figure is a statue, no physical people are present.2016-12-18 +2 copiesDecember 17 20162016-12-17May 25 20182018-05-25 +2 copiesAugust 23 20172017-08-23A seated man in a maroon-brown robe sits on an ornate gold throne with a carved arched back and red velvet armrests, a tiger-striped cushion beneath him. The seated figure wears a tall black hair crown with a silver ornament and crescent, a rudraksha mala and ceremonial gold necklaces, golden robes and a red sash, and holds one hand raised in blessing. The throne is decorated with garlands of red roses, yellow marigolds and white flowers, with green leaves, and a brass kalasha stands in front. The figure is a statue or murti rather than a living person and no physical people are visible.2016-12-17A photograph of a seated man on an ornate golden throne with a five-hooded golden cobra canopy behind him and red velvet drapes. He wears a rust-orange robe with a gold border, a topknot of dark hair bound with rudraksha beads, white sacred ash with a red mark on his forehead, and a rudraksha mala. He is draped in long garlands of white jasmine, purple flowers and red roses, and wears gold armlets and bangles. A tiger-striped cushion covers the armrest and a tiger-skin rug lies on the dais. The figure's appearance is consistent with the a person candidate cues of the topknot, rudraksha, orange robe and ornate garlanded throne, but identity is uncertain.2016-01-16August 23 20172017-08-23
