In the foreground, boys and young men in saffron-orange dhotis and cloths play large white-faced drums and a brass horn, with rudraksha malas around their necks and sandalwood or ash markings on their chests. Behind them, others in white dhotis with gold borders hold drumsticks and clappers, and to the left stand women in white saris with gold borders, wearing rudraksha beads and tilak. A few onlookers in white and light clothing stand at the right edge.2017-12-16September 26 20142014-09-26October 11 20162016-10-11August 25 20172017-08-25June 07 20162016-06-07July 19 20162016-07-19Outdoor photograph of a drumming group seated on red-brick steps beside a metal railing. A shirtless man in white dhoti and a gold chain sits with palms pressed together in prayer, and a woman in orange robes holds a small hand cymbal. Other participants in orange robes and a man lifting a camera stand in the background, with a red flag at upper left and black stone pillars at the right.2016-12-03A procession of young men and boys in saffron-orange dhotis and shawls, bare-chested with rudraksha malas and white body markings, playing large round drums. Several drummers in the foreground strike white drumheads with sticks, while others behind wear orange turbans and stand in a crowd. The scene suggests a temple-style procession at dusk under trees, with devotees in the background.2017-12-02
