Behind him stand larger gilded deity murtis, including a standing figure with a trident and a seated bronze figure, several adorned with gold garlands and jewellery, on red wooden stands over a striped red cloth scattered with petals. The scene appears to be a workshop or temple store hall with a grated ceiling and a white wall.2014-08-06A photograph of a room packed with gilded bronze deity murtis arranged on the floor, awaiting packing. Standing figures with raised hands and garments include a tall multi-armed deity murti at centre and an elephant-headed Ganesha murti beside it. Several murtis wear white dhotis, red and blue cloths, and garlands with white flowers. Behind them hangs a dark patterned textile, and shelves along the right wall hold many small brass lamps and figures. In the foreground right, a silver-toned ornate canopy or pedestal stands beside a seated golden murti in orange cloth. Cardboard boxes and wrapping plastic line the left side. A small timestamp reads 12 9:38 at bottom right.August 06 20142014-08-06August 24 20142014-08-24Close photo of a ritual setup with ornate silver vessels and small silver oil lamps arranged on a low silver-legged stand. At the centre, a bronze female figure holding a flame stands among the vessels. On the right, a hand with a rudraksha bracelet rests near a silver pot and a dark wooden block. Behind, red cloth hangs in folds. Only partial arms of one person are visible, so the ritual participant is not identifiable and no face appears. The scene suggests an abhishekam or puja preparation with oil lamps and silver ritual vessels.2017-12-20 +1 copiesA photograph inside a large warehouse-style workshop filled with golden and bronze deity murtis on wooden pedestals. On the left, a standing deity murti with a tall crown wears a green and white dhoti and a long pearl garland, and a female murti in a red and gold saree stands beside it with rose petals scattered at her base. On the right, a man in orange-saffron robes and a rudraksha mala holds a brass bowl containing flower petals while adjusting a wooden cradle-like palanquin with carved railings. Rose petals lie on a red-and-white striped cloth on the floor, and a small golden figure stands nearby.2014-08-06A photograph of a cluttered display of brass and copper ritual objects laid out on a striped woven cloth in a dim room. Visible items include a copper repoussé panel with circular motifs, copper horn-shaped vessels, brass oil lamps on stands, brass bells, a stack of gold-coloured wrapped sheets, cone-shaped brass finials and small lamps. No people are visible, so this is an object arrangement rather than a gathering, and no one in the scene can be identified as a person.2016-12-12December 05 20162016-12-05 +1 copiesIndoor workshop scene with several gilded metal deity murtis standing on wooden bases, a wooden palanquin-style cradle or swing frame, and brass lamps and bells spread on a white cloth on the floor. A man in white dhoti and shirt on the left presses his palms together in namaskar, his neck garlanded. On the right, a person in orange-red robes with a yellow border holds a shallow brass bowl and stands beside the wooden frame, head bowed. Behind them are a plain whitewashed wall, a caged light fixture and a framed picture. Three people are visible in total, one partially at the left edge.2014-08-06December 20 20172017-12-20
