A golden statue of a saint, dressed in maroon and gold-bordered garments with a gold turban and a jewelled crown, is framed by a dense arch of marigold, rose and white jasmine garlands in red, orange, yellow and green. Layered silver and pearl necklaces, a jewelled belt and gold armlets adorn the figure, which holds one gold hand near the chest. The setting is a decorated shrine with a gold arched canopy above. The figure is a statue, not a living person, and a blurred green leaf fills the lower foreground.2015-06-03January 13 20152015-01-13 +1 copiesJune 03 20152015-06-03A golden deity murti stands in a shrine niche, garlanded with yellow marigold and red and orange flower strands with green leaves, wearing a jewelled gold crown and an elaborate gold and white ornamental armour with dark red drapery.
