A photograph of a seated devotee in a white kurta with a red rudraksha mala and a red-and-white tilak on his forehead, looking down with a smile as he holds out cupped hands. Another person's hand, with a red thread on the wrist, places a small clear crystal atmalinga into his palms. In the foreground, a shirtless figure with long dreadlocks and a pink-and-white flower garland faces away from the camera, seated near a golden frame. In the background, a blurred person in white walks through a hall with red fabric. The setting suggests an atmalinga energization darshan.2017-03-04A man in a white kurta with a red-and-white beaded mala around his neck stands with palms pressed together in namaste, eyes lowered, a white vibhuti mark and red tilak on his forehead. In the foreground on the right, another person with long dark dreadlocks and a pink-and-white flower garland over the back offers a small clear crystal-like object into his hand. Behind them, a blurred hall with a red curtain and a warm lamp overhead.2017-03-04A photograph of two men exchanging a folded paper at an indoor event. On the left, a man in a plain white kurta wears a dark rudraksha garland and holds small items in his hands. Two more people in white robes stand blurred in the background near golden ornaments. The scene suggests a diksha or blessing ceremony.2017-05-01January 29 20132013-01-29Indoor photo of a man in orange-saffron cloth, bare-chested with a shawl, long swept-back dark hair and a pale vibhuti mark on the forehead, holding a rudraksha mala up to a man in a white shirt who holds a red fruit and a small packet. He wears a pink-and-white floral garland and a ceremonial gold chain. Behind them, devotees in white dhotis and pink or blue shirts stand watching. Red curtains, a framed picture on the wall and colourful striped hangings frame the hall. The orange-robed man appears to be the probable Swamiji with distinctive long hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha and garlands; the figure is presented as a person giving blessings, and the photo shows about eight people.2013-02-27December 21 20162016-12-21Photograph of an indoor ritual moment in front of a plain peach wall and a dark red curtain. A man in a white kurta with a rudraksha mala around his neck raises both hands toward the head of a seated man in white dhoti and white shawl, with a red tilak on his forehead, silver armlets and bangles, and a silver staff with a finial held upright beside him. The seated man smiles and appears bare-chested above the shawl. A partially visible person in white sits at the left edge. The hands appear to be giving a blessing or touching the head in an act of honour. The seated figure's appearance shows a tilak, silver bracelets and armlets, and a silver staff, but these alone are not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so he is described by role only.2012-02-08
