In the foreground a man with short dark hair, a red bindi and a plain orange-red sannyasi wrap walks forward, unbound and unadorned by visible crown or long swept hair, so no appearance cues support identifying him. Behind him a man in a white shirt and white dhoti with a gold border and a dark pendant cord walks beside another man in a white shirt and dhoti with a red forehead mark. Women in white saris with orange or yellow shawls and rudraksha-style beads walk among devotees in white and saffron.
