At the centre stands a framed print of Shiva seated in meditation, blue-grey skinned with a crescent moon and trident, draped in red and marigold garlands. Beside him, a framed image of a goddess in a golden crown and red-and-gold sari is also garlanded. To the left, a framed photograph shows a smiling man in orange robes and a rudraksha mala raising one hand before a banyan tree, labelled as a portrait of the Swamiji candidate, with a second photo of a man in orange beside it. Many small brass and metal deity figurines, yellow and blue flowers, a lit oil lamp, small bowls of kumkum or turmeric, and a sri chakra stand on the table.
