A night photograph of a large black stone Shivalingam standing on a square stone peetha, surrounded by a dense border of small oil lamps glowing along the platform edges and across the ground. Warm orange light and blurred lamp flames fill the dark setting, with a low wall of lamps running behind it. No people are visible; the scene shows Karthikai Deepam lamp lighting at the Shivalingam.
