November `4 2015August 26th 20152015-08-26A seated person in a saffron-orange turban and orange-and-gold draped garment sits on a red patterned cushion before a gilded golden backdrop. The person wears a white beaded mala with a ceremonial gold necklace, a red bindi, and a gold brooch on the turban, smiling with eyes closed. Their bare arm extends toward a child in a light blue top leaning in, while a girl in a white dress with a long plait stands at right and a man in white clothes at left claps his hands. A red velvet curtain hangs behind, and a golden throne armrest is visible at left. The scene suggests a darshan moment with devotees. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure wears a saffron turban, orange draped cloth, rudraksha-style beaded mala and gold necklace.2014-02-07November 22 20152015-11-22A seated man on a gold, ornately carved throne with a cobra hood canopy is honoured in an outdoor ritual setting before a large dark stone basin. He wears a maroon turban with a tilak, a maroon-red robe, a fresh pink-and-white flower garland, rudraksha malas and gold jewellery, and holds a lemon-like fruit. Behind the throne stands a gold trident. A young boy in white dhoti with a red sash offers him a flower and fruit from a tray, while a woman in orange robes presents a document. On the left a bare-chested priest in white dhoti with gold border and a red sash folds his hands in namaste beside a woman in a white sari. On the right, a woman in a cream sari and another young boy in a red-and-white sash look on, and brass plates of offerings rest on the ground. Swamiji (probable): the seated central figure shows a maroon turban, rudraksha malas and ceremonial gold jewellery on the throne.2017-07-03A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne in a temple-like hall. The central figure wears a red-maroon turban with a small gold emblem, a red-maroon robe, a red floral garland and a long rudraksha mala, and holds a yellow-green fruit in one hand while gesturing with the other. Swamiji (probable) is identified by the long saffron-toned robe, turban, garland and rudraksha mala, though appearance cues are not fully certain. A standing man in white shirt and white dhoti faces him, another man in white kneels at the lower right, and a person in an orange-brown garment is at the left edge. Behind the throne are gold-carved pillars and a bell hangs from above. Several yellow fruits sit on a wooden stool at the lower left.2014-11-21A seated man in a red-maroon robe and matching red turban, with a rudraksha-style mala and gold ornaments, sits on a red cushioned throne with an ornate gold halo-backed frame in a temple hall. He wears a flower garland of yellow and pink blooms and smiles while people around him attend. A bare-chested long-haired attendant in white dhoti with a saffron cloth stands at left, another kneels in front with an offering tray, and a white-clad devotee with grey hair stands at right. Temple pillars and gold-decorated altar items are visible behind. Swamiji (probable) appearance cues: maroon robe, turban, garlanded seated figure on a throne.2017-07-08A seated man in a saffron-orange turban, orange robe with gold border, and layered coral-beaded necklaces and bracelets reaches forward with his right hand toward a kneeling man in a white shirt with a rudraksha mala and white forehead markings. The kneeling man holds an orange fruit in both hands. Behind them, a standing woman in white with a dark bead necklace and a maroon-bordered shawl stands near a carved wooden lattice wall with a gold ornament on the seat beside the seated figure. Other women in pink and white stand at the right edge. The setting suggests a satsang or initiation moment, with the seated figure appearing to be a person by his orange turban, saffron robe and ornate beaded adornments.2015-08-26A seated man in an orange-red turban and matching saffron robe with a gold-and-orange sash sits before an ornate gold throne with carved backrest. He wears a heavy gold multi-strand necklace and a gold pendant, and smiles with eyes lowered. Around him, people in white clothes attend: a man in white bends toward him from the left, a young woman in white with a pendant necklace stands at right, and a shaved-headed child with a white forehead band and red bindi stands in front. The cues of turban, saffron robe and gold ornaments are distinctive, so this is a probable Swamiji (probable) seated on the throne during a darshan-style gathering. Visible people: four.2015-11-11A seated figure with a large swept-back dark hairstyle, wearing a red-maroon garment and a rudraksha-style red-brown mala, sits on an ornate gold-and-crimson throne. He leans forward to hold the hand of a young boy in white kurta with a red sash and a white tilak on his forehead, who stands at his side. Behind them a woman in white with a red shawl and tilak stands beside a man in white with a red sash and a mala. Gold-framed decorations, marigold garlands and a deity murti are visible in the background, with more people in red and white seated behind. Swamiji (probable) appears to be the seated figure on the throne, identified by his swept-back hair and maroon garment with rudraksha mala.2015-12-26A seated man in an orange-red turban and saffron-orange robe, wearing layered gold necklaces and gold armbands, sits on a red-upholstered gold throne and smiles while holding a red object. In front of him an older man in white clothes and an orange-brown garland bows toward him. Behind them, women in white with orange shawls and a young girl stand near an ornate gold pillar, with a dark backdrop and a lamp visible at right. The seated figure's appearance is consistent with Swamiji (probable), given his orange-red turban, saffron robes, rudraksha-style necklaces and gold adornments, shown here in a seated throne-and-darshan setting.2015-08-02A seated figure in an orange-red turban, orange-red robe and long gold necklaces sits on an ornate gold throne with a gold lion sculpture at the left. Several boys in white dhotis stand around him, one with a white-painted forehead and a red mark. The figure has long swept-back hair, a gold pendant, and ceremonial gold ornaments, matching a person depiction, sitting in front of an elaborately carved gold backrest and a brass lamp. The scene appears to be a ceremonial darshan with children gathered at the throne.2015-11-11
