In the foreground, a smiling figure seated on an ornate gilded throne wears a rust-red turban, a red-orange robe, a long white flower garland and a rudraksha-style bead necklace, with hands raised in greeting. Behind and to the left, a bare-shouldered devotee in white ritual cloth turns toward the seated figure. Behind them, a tall brass lamp with many lit wicks and a flame rises, with smoke curling upward. On a raised red and gold platform at right stands a golden deity murti in a red and white turban, layered garlands and jewelled ornaments, with one hand raised in blessing. Small brass oil lamps and decorative figurines sit in the lower right.2022-07-13 +1 copiesA hand holding a lit oil lamp or flame near a home-temple altar in Kailasa Dhumbarai, Nepal. A large printed portrait behind the altar shows a smiling man with a red-orange turban, a red-orange robe, gold necklaces and a rudraksha mala, with a garland of yellow and pink flowers draped on the altar, but the portrait is a printed image, not a person present. In front are small gold-metal deity murtis of Kalabhairava and companions decorated with gold jewellery and flowers, a black stone linga on a red cloth, a golden ornate throne-like frame and brass bowls, with a brass tray of yellow water and petals in the foreground. The scene shows abhishekam, alankaram and neivedyam offered to Kalabhairava.2021-06-20Kailasa hosur July 7th 2021Antigua and Barbuda On 12/6/20252025-12-06KAILASA DHUMBARAI, NEPAL on 7/21/20212021-07-21Antigua and Barbuda On 15/6/20252025-06-15
