Outdoors under a large spreading tree, a long row of devotees sits in lotus or cross-legged meditation posture on mats laid over a dark mat-covered platform on red earth. Most wear white dhotis or white kurtas with orange shawls or orange sashes, and several wear rudraksha malas. The women wear white salwar or sari-style garments with orange or gold borders. Many have their eyes closed. A small red-roofed structure and a flagpole with a red flag are visible at the left edge. No swami figure is clearly identifiable among the seated group.
