A black stone murti of Ganesha, the elephant-headed deity, is seated on a blue cloth and decorated for worship. The murti wears a purple and orange turban, a purple and gold silk shawl, and a red and gold pleated dhoti, with gold and jewelled necklaces and a red-stoned pendant. A thick garland of yellow marigolds and red and green flowers encircles the figure, and yellow petals lie at its base. Beside it sits a small brass or gold deity figure surrounded by red flowers. Maroon curtains and a gold damask wall form the backdrop.2022-04-17 +1 copiesKAILASA HOUSTON, USA on 5/18/20222022-05-18 +1 copiesKAILASA SEATTLE, USA on 8/7/20212021-08-07 +5 copiesPhoto 82910312022-04-19 +1 copiesKAILASA SAN JOSE, USA on 4/3/20212021-04-03January 15 20242024-01-15Photo 99172432022-07-17 +1 copiesPhoto 99206922022-07-17 +1 copiesKAILASA SINGAPORE on 6/19/20212021-06-19KAILASA HOUSTON, USA on 5/18/20222022-05-18 +1 copiesA dark stone or bronze-black statue of the elephant-headed deity Ganesha, seated and adorned for worship. The murti wears a tall ornate golden crown, a green silk cloth draped over its head and shoulders, a green brocade wrap with gold border, and a heavy necklace of white and red jewelled beads. Its forehead bears a silver tripundra with a teal gemstone, and a red-and-green jewelled armband decorates the upper arm. Garlands of grey and red flowers hang at the shoulders, with pink roses and yellow roses placed at the base. The background is a warm beige wall, and the setting suggests a temple or home shrine for a Ganesha puja.2022-07-17 +1 copiesKAILASA SAN JOSE, USA on 4/3/20212021-04-03
