A photograph of a seated deity murti on a gilded ornate throne with a red and gold backdrop, draped in a teal-blue silk cloth and wearing orange marigold garlands and a white flower garland. The murti wears a crown-like headdress and a rudraksha-style necklace. In front sits a brass kalasha-style offering bowl on a brass stand, and red and white flowers surround the base, with a leopard-print cloth and an orange cloth nearby. Behind it, a sign asks visitors to turn off cell phones. The setting appears to be a temple-style display for a guru festival.2019-07-15 +1 copiesKAILASA in SanJose on 7/15/20192019-07-15 +1 copiesKAILASA SAN JOSE, USA on 3/6/20192019-03-06 +1 copiesKAILASA SAN JOSE, USA on 7/15/20192019-07-15 +1 copiesA photograph inside a gold-decorated temple shrine showing a life-size golden statue seated on an ornate golden throne with an arched backrest. The statue wears a maroon and magenta cloth wrapped as a turban with a feather ornament, a maroon dhoti-style garment with an orange shawl, layered gold necklaces and a rudraksha-style mala, and raises its right hand in blessing. Garlands of yellow marigolds and red roses drape the figure and a smaller garland lies on the white-draped platform in front. Lit oil lamps stand on brass stands on both sides, with hanging beaded strings and a ceiling fan above. No physical people are visible; the figure is a statue, so no in-person candidate is present.2022-12-19KAILASA in SanJose on 7/15/20192019-07-15 +1 copiesPhoto 11737866September 22 20182018-09-22A golden statue of a seated guru figure in a temple shrine, wearing a maroon and gold turban, maroon garments with a gold-bordered orange shawl, layered gold and beaded necklaces, and bangles.
