In the centre, a figure in an orange-saffron robe with a saffron head wrap and layered red and yellow marigold garlands walks forward with raised, open hands while speaking. Beside and behind him, several people in white ritual clothes, some with yellow or red shawls and rudraksha-style necklaces, follow through the doorway; one man on the right holds his palms together in namaste. A uniformed attendant in white stands at the left edge. Green mat and a patterned floor threshold lead into the courtyard, where stone sculptures and a white decorated structure are visible.2009-12-30A photograph of a doorway procession inside a decorated hall. In the centre, a man with long dark hair, wearing saffron-orange robes and a red-and-white flower garland with a gold necklace, walks forward with palms pressed together in namaste. Beside him, a bearded man in orange robes walks, and to the right a man in orange robes holds a silver tray with offerings. Behind them, men in white shirts with lanyards and a man in white with a red shawl follow. On the left, women in white saris with folded hands line the rail, and banana leaves and palm fronds decorate the archway, with coconut-palm foliage visible outside. Some devotees wear white clothing.2010-02-12A photograph of a covered hall with a corrugated metal roof and orange walls. In the centre, a barefoot figure in saffron-orange robes with a long rudraksha mala walks along a red carpet between metal railings. Behind and beside them stand several people in orange saris and saffron garments with folded hands, and men in white dhotis and shawls. Trays with flowers, oil lamps and small bowls sit on mats at the left, and a tripod-mounted camera stands at the far left. A man in orange with a shaved head and gold necklace stands at the right edge facing the procession. A kalasha-like decoration and a framed picture hang on the back wall.2010-11-03A photograph of a central figure in a saffron-orange robe with a white and green garland around the neck, walking barefoot along a red carpet under a pink arched entrance. He presses his palms together in greeting. Beside him walks a woman in a cream sari with a pink border and a second saffron-robed attendant with long hair. Men in white dhotis and white shirts line both sides of the carpet, several with palms joined in greeting, and a man in a white shirt and dhoti walks alongside. Hanging potted plants and green trees appear behind the arch, with a gold bird-shaped object at the lower left edge. The central figure's appearance shows several cues: long swept-back hair, a saffron robe and a garland, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji, so he is a probable Swamiji (probable) receiving a welcome.2010-02-16A photograph of an outdoor temple-area entrance decorated with hanging colourful tassel banners in orange, red, blue and white. A man with long swept-back dark hair wears an orange saffron robe and a long rudraksha mala, with his right hand extended in a gesture of blessing, and appears to be a person, identified by his long hair and saffron robe with rudraksha mala cues. Beside him a woman in a white blouse and white dhoti-style garment stands with palms pressed together in namaskar, another woman in a white sari with gold border also has her hands folded, and a woman in a red sari stands behind. On the right a bald man in white ritual clothes with a sacred thread and beaded necklace sits near the steps. Palm trees, a signboard and stone sculptures are visible in the background, with more devotees in white and orange behind.2010-11-13March 10 20132013-03-10December 11 20112011-12-11
