A rudraksha-style brown bead mala hangs across his chest. He wears white vibhuti horizontal lines on his forehead with a red kumkum dot between the brows. Behind him stands an ornate gold repoussé backdrop with scrolling floral patterns, and a microphone stands at the right edge. The composition suggests a seated discourse or satsang moment.2009-12-20A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits with eyes closed and palms pressed together in his lap, on an ornate gold-leaf throne with a red cushioned seat and backrest. He wears a rudraksha mala of dark beads, a red bindi and white forehead markings. Behind the throne are draped red and purple fabrics and a red-topped stand with a small deity image. Two blurred heads in the foreground are partially visible.2010-10-27 +1 copiesA man in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne with a red velvet seat and backrest, eyes closed, palms pressed together in namaste at the chest. He wears a rudraksha mala with dark beads and a red kumkum mark on the forehead; his hair is swept back. A bald person's head is visible in the lower left foreground, and a partial figure appears at the lower right edge. Behind the throne are red draped backdrops and temple-style decorations. The man is an appearance-based a person, identified by saffron robes, rudraksha beads and the seated, honoured position on the throne.2010-10-20A seated man with long dark hair, eyes closed and hands folded in his lap, sits on an ornate gold throne with a red velvet cushion. He wears an orange saffron robe, a long dark rudraksha mala, and a red tilak on his forehead. Behind him stand large painted deity murti figures in pink and white garments. A few audience members' heads are visible at the bottom edge, and fruit sits on a tray at the left. The seated figure matches the a person appearance cues: long swept hair, saffron robe and rudraksha mala, seated in a teaching setting.2010-10-29
