A central seated figure in a rust-orange turban, orange-red dhoti and garlands of white flowers and rudraksha beads sits on a throne-like seat with bare feet, smiling. Around him, men in white dhotis with gold borders kneel and attend; one holds a golden bull statue (nandi) and another kneels near the seat. On the right, a young girl in an orange dress and a woman in a red sari with gold border offer items. Golden trishula staffs stand at the edges and a rock-like backdrop with hand-shaped carvings and a starry blue sky. Photographed on a stage with a sealed-off performance set.2016-12-02March 18 20172017-03-18February 02 20162016-02-02September 23 20162016-09-23A stage shows a seated man on an ornate gold throne (peetha) with a gold-tiered base, holding a tall gold staff and wearing a pink-and-white flower garland, saffron robes and a gold necklace with a crown-like headpiece. Behind him a large painted deity murti with blue skin, multiple arms and a crescent ornament stands against red drapes with gold foliage. Around him four women sit with palms pressed in anjali: one in red-and-black with a gold pendant, one in cream with dark hair, one in black, and one in saffron. To the left stand a trident and a decorated umbrella, and to the right a floral-garlanded altar display. Gold and red ceremonial decor fills the setting.2016-10-05April 22 20162016-04-22December 02 20162016-12-02December 02 20162016-12-02June 17 20172017-06-17September 24 20162016-09-24
