Red velvet cushions line the throne against a red curtained backdrop with a silver trident beside him. On the left a man in white dhoti with orange-brown shawl and a tilak holds a small plate, and on the right a woman in a purple sari with gold border sits on a red cushion. The stage has gold-railed edging and a red and purple floor covering.2017-04-20A seated figure in a rust-red saffron robe and an ornate gold-and-bead necklace sits on a large gold throne with red cushions in a temple-like hall with gilded relief carvings. Long dark hair falls past his shoulders, and he extends one arm while a priest in white dhoti with gold border and orange shawl applies a sacred thread or cloth to his forehead. Another man in white shirt and white dhoti kneels nearby, and a woman in red sari with gold border sits to the right holding a small item. A brass trident and a tall brass lamp stand beside the throne, and a red curtain hangs behind. Probable Swamiji (probable), seated on the throne with long swept-back hair, rust-red robe, rudraksha-style bead necklace and gold pendant, receiving a ritual forehead application.2016-08-14September 23 20162016-09-23September 24 20162016-09-24A seated man in a rust-brown robe and a pink-and-white flower garland sits on an ornate gold throne with a leopard-print cushion, in front of a golden relief of a deity holding a trident and a raised hand. A man in a white dhoti kneels before the throne, handing or offering something, while a woman in a dark sari holds papers nearby. A shirtless man with a rudraksha-style necklace sits at the lower left, and a golden trident leans on the left wall. An orange-lit tree-like backdrop decorates the right side. Visible people are a seated figure on the throne, a kneeling devotee, a shirtless sitting man, a woman in a sari and a partially visible woman at the right edge.2016-09-23A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne with a gold arched backrest, wearing a tiger-striped yellow and black top, a long white pearl mala, and a rust-brown wrap, smiling and holding a yellow flower and beads. Two devotees kneel before him on a red-draped stage: one in a white dhoti with an orange sash and an orange cloth, the other in white with a striped border. Behind the throne stand a peacock feather fan, a trident and a deity murti with a raised hand, and a brass lamp stand with a bird finial at right. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long swept-back hair, a bindi, pearl mala and ornate clothing, matching the page's reference to Swamiji.2013-05-26September 23 20162016-09-23A golden ornate throne stands before a large relief carving of a multi-armed deity murti with a crowned head and necklaces, flanked by gilded lion figures and an illuminated tree on each side. A seated figure on the throne, with a dark shaved-looking head and white forehead marks, wears a pink garland and a brown-red shawl. A devotee in a white top bends forward with a hand on the seated figure's shoulder, in a gesture of reverence. On the left, a man in a white dhoti sits beside a golden trishula, and on the right a standing person in white clothes watches. The setting resembles an ashram dais for darshan. The seated person's appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity.2016-09-23
