Night photograph of an illuminated outdoor festival at a water tank with tiered stone steps lined with seated crowds. On the left, a golden throne-like seat with red cushions sits on a red carpeted platform beside a decorated golden-yellow chariot draped with orange and yellow fabric and marigold garlands. Fireworks burst in the dark sky above, with smoke drifting across the scene. Strings of coloured lights line the seating area and a lit stage structure stands in the background. A man in a white shirt stands near the water's edge among devotees seated along the steps, and a woman in a pink top sits at right. Crowd appears to number well over twenty people.
