In the foreground, an older man with grey hair and a smiling face sits cross-legged in white clothing, holding a brass plate of marigold petals, rose petals, coconut and offerings with both hands. Behind him, a figure wearing a red turban, a red-saffron garment and a long garland of yellow marigolds and red flowers smiles and raises a hand in greeting. Beside them, more seated devotees in white dress, some wearing rudraksha malas and bangles, fill the crowded hall.
