Outdoor relief distribution in a residential lane after a storm, with broken tree branches overhead and palm trees behind. A green-slatted truck bed is parked in the foreground. A shirtless man in a checked lungi stands in the truck bed, leaning over a large dark metal cooking pot and ladling food into steel plates. A man in a white shirt and cap stands beside him, and a man in white shirt reaches up from below to take plates. A bystander in a white shirt stands at left and another man stands at right. Mood is practical, focused food distribution.
