A photograph of a seated man in a maroon-brown robe being honoured with a large garland of white jasmine, red roses and green leaves draped over his shoulders and chest. A man in a white kurta and white dhoti stands behind him pouring white flower petals or rice from a metal bowl onto his head, while a woman in a white saree with gold border on the right smiles and holds her hands together. An orange and red draped backdrop with white flower garlands hangs behind, and a small framed picture stands on the right side. Three people are visible.

April 02 20172017-04-02April 02 20172017-04-02A seated man in a maroon-brown robe is garlanded with white jasmine strands and red rose garlands, with yellow flowers woven in, while flower petals fall around him. He smiles and raises one hand in a wave, with a red tilak on his forehead. A standing figure in a white shirt and white dhoti, seen from behind at left, holds a metal vessel above him and scatters petals. Behind him hang an orange cloth backdrop, pink and gold draped fabric, and a fan at right, with a small framed devotional picture on the far right. Seated figures in white and gold sarees appear at the edges of the scene. Presumably a welcoming garland ceremony. A visible candidate is seated and garlanded, but his face and identity cannot be confirmed from appearance.2017-04-02April 02 20172017-04-02April 02 20172017-04-02April 02 20172017-04-02April 02 20172017-04-02April 02 20172017-04-02April 02 20172017-04-02April 02 20172017-04-02April 02 20172017-04-02April 02 20172017-04-02
