A misty outdoor relief-work scene with men in white shirts and white head coverings unloading large sacks from a red tractor trailer loaded with crates and sacks. A man in white kneels on top of the sacks while another in white hands down a bulky sack; a third man in a lilac shirt stands nearby. Palm trees, a tin-roofed building, stacked metal vessels and red flags surround the open ground.
