Outdoor gathering in front of a red and yellow draped backdrop with gold flower motifs. In the foreground, several men in saffron-orange robes sit on chairs: a bald man with a red tilak mark sits centre-left, next to another bald man in orange, and a man in an orange turban and orange shawl sits on the right with hands clasped. Behind them stand men in white kurtas, one with an orange shawl and mala, and uniformed police officers stand in the background. Audience members, many women in saris, fill the seats and background, with a red vehicle visible behind. No candidate is confidently identifiable as a person from appearance cues alone, so the figures are described by role.
