A large black stone Shiva linga stands on a grey concrete plinth at an outdoor construction site, with a black yoni-pitha base and a silver-toned spout, surrounded by bare brown earth and puddles. A wooden ladder leans against the plinth and blue water hoses run across the ground. Tiered grey stone steps rise in the background, with a few workers and figures in light clothing climbing them, and a fence and trees along the horizon. Several people in the background appear to be working near the steps, and a man in a light shirt bends near the base of the linga.
