Outdoor photo of a welcoming procession at an open construction site under palm trees, with a blue tarp and a concrete structure in the foreground. Many people in orange and saffron robes and white dhotis walk among the crowd, some holding decorated umbrellas and ornate ceremonial parasols in yellow, red and green. A standing man in white clothes holds a microphone on a raised platform, and a few men in lungis and checked shirts watch from the side. A ceremonial chariot or ratha-style decorated structure is visible at the right. White flags flutter near the tarp.
