Elevated view of a street procession in front of a white multi-storey building with Tamil signboards and a corrugated awning. A flower-decorated bier or cart draped in pink, orange and yellow garlands is pulled along the road by a crowd of people dressed in white clothing, with several women in saris. Saffron-robed figures stand under the trees on the left, and parked bicycles and motorbikes line the pavement. A white car sits at the bottom edge of the frame.

The float is heavily garlanded with pink, yellow and white flower strands and carries a canopy; a man in a white dhoti and shirt walks beside it. Parked bicycles, motorcycles and an auto-rickshaw line the roadside under a multi-storey white building with a tin awning, and a stack of timber and thatched roofs appear behind. A large poster with a green-and-yellow painting hangs on the building facade. A small purple logo appears in the top-right corner.2005-11-14November 14 20052005-11-14November 14 20052005-11-14November 14 20052005-11-14November 14 20052005-11-14Aerial view of a street procession in a small Tamil town beside a two-storey pale pink building with a corrugated tin awning and shop signs. A large crowd of devotees walks in the road: many men and women in plain white dhotis, mundus and saris, with a group of sannyasis in saffron and orange robes in the middle. Some participants carry or walk behind a floral garland-decorated float at the right edge, with pink and white flowers. Parked bicycles and motorcycles line the pavement, and a few people stand under the awning. The crowd is dense, numbering well over twenty visible people. A figure in saffron robes near the centre appears to be a sannyasi in the procession, but the face is not clearly visible, so no identity is assigned.2005-11-14November 14 20052005-11-14February 02 20072007-02-02
