Night photograph of a flower-decorated float on a water tank, lit by strings of lights. The float has a tall pyramidal canopy built from layers of white, orange, yellow and purple marigold garlands, with draped pink, purple and gold fabric. Beneath it, a seated figure in orange robes sits on a red-cushioned throne, and a garland hangs at the front. Two bare-chested men in orange dhotis wade in the water, pushing and steadying the float. Onlookers in white and red clothing sit on steps at the right, and a man in a white dhoti and white shirt walks along the steps. Floating petals and lamps dot the water.
