A large outdoor procession moves down a dusty road lined with yellow metal barricades at a religious fair. Dense crowds fill the frame, many carrying tall red flags on poles. At the centre a golden ornate ratha/chariot with a canopy and floral decoration is carried forward. Nearby, a woman in white with long white hair and a white-and-gold shawl walks among devotees, and a bearded man in white and red clothing walks near the chariot. Several participants wear red and white attire, and one carries a yellow banner with a red emblem. Striped tents, colourful stalls and a truck stand in the background, with banners and a large framed poster showing two bearded saffron-clad figures on the right.
