Night outdoor ritual photograph. In the foreground a fire burns in an open pit beside a dark decorated object wrapped in flower garlands, with a standing white fan behind the fire. On the right a seated figure in a red-maroon robe and matching cap, with rudraksha beads and a gold necklace, sits with hands folded in a red leather armchair, with orange and yellow petals scattered on the grass. Behind them about a dozen seated people in white and light clothing watch quietly, and a figure in orange-saffron robes sits near the chair. Smoke drifts through the blue-tinted scene.
