A procession walks along a raised colonnaded walkway beside a yellow temple wall with a terracotta-coloured coping, palm trees behind. Leading the group, several people wear saffron-orange robes, including a woman in orange at the front and a bald man in orange at centre. A cameraman in a white shirt and grey trousers films them from the left. Uniformed police officers in khaki walk among them, and men in white dhotis and shirts follow. Below the walkway, a worker in white clothes tends a pile of bricks and another figure in white stands by a pillar. The paved courtyard floor is terracotta-coloured tile.
