Outdoor relief food distribution under a striped canopy with red, green and yellow fabric. Volunteers in white clothes and white hairnets or green head caps stand at a long steel counter packing food into foil containers and bowls. A large steel cooking pot sits on a stove at right, and a second small burner is nearby. A woman in a white sari with an orange border packs food at left, and a man in a white shirt ladles from the pot. Several onlookers, including children and a man in a checked lungi, watch from the sandy ground beyond the tent, and a red plastic crate and folded cloth lie at the lower right.
