A photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne (peetha) with red cushions, beneath a small gold umbrella, set against a wall of multicoloured balloons in yellow, blue, orange, pink and green on a light blue backdrop. The seated figure wears a cream and gold draped robe and has long dark hair; this is a statue or figure rather than a living person, and no clear appearance-based identity can be established. Marigold garlands drape the throne, pink and white flowers and leafy plants decorate the platform, and scattered petals cover the steps below. The setting is a decorated stage for a celebration.
