A man with a patterned leopard-print headband with a silver crescent ornament sits cross-legged on a striped mat, wearing an orange-red saffron garment and a heavy gold necklace, and tends a flame in a carved stone bowl with his hand. Behind him, a standing man in a red-orange robe wears a long rudraksha mala and beaded necklaces, and a bare-chested man with a mala kneels in the smoke. Silver ritual vessels, lamps with flames, polished silver platters and a silver peetha-like stand fill the foreground, with more devotees seated in the background.
