Dim indoor hall with a golden-leafed throne backed by a wall of gold-patterned drapes. A seated figure in a red-and-gold seat wears a long beaded necklace and a gold pendant, and appears to be speaking. Two video cameras on tripods face the stage, and an audience of seated people, seen partly from behind, fills the foreground. Brass lamps flank the stage and a pedestal fan stands at left. Appearance-based candidate, a person, is seated on the throne, but his features are not clear enough to confirm, so this is uncertain.
