A photograph of a seated meal in a tent with a mat floor. Several sadhus in saffron and orange robes and turbans sit in a row eating from metal plates and small paper cups. In the foreground at right, a bearded man in orange clothes and a beaded necklace sits with a plate. At left, a person in white dhoti with a bare arm and silver bangle pours food from a steel pot. Water bottles and food plates are on the mat. The scene shows a communal feeding during the Kumbh event.

A server in a white shirt and a pink shirt with a yellow-and-red sash pours food from a steel bucket with a ladle onto steel plates. Several seated men wear orange and saffron garments, rudraksha and pearl malas, and one wears a red headband. Behind them more people in white and orange stand and serve.
