Outdoor photograph at a white temple tower under construction, with carved white stonework and tiered mouldings on the left. A man in a grey and yellow striped polo shirt and brown trousers stands at the left edge, his hand on the white base. Several priests in orange and saffron cloth with bare upper bodies and shaved heads crowd near the base, one carrying a kalasha pot decorated with flowers and green leaves. Behind them a crowd of onlookers stands on a white path, some in yellow and orange shirts, and a cameraman films at right. Palm trees, flat green fields and a distant hill fill the background under a hazy sky.
