A seated man in an ornate golden throne with a rounded golden backrest and red velvet cushions, wearing an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl, multiple red and yellow marigold garlands and gold beaded necklaces. He has a white-and-red vertical tilaka on his forehead, eyes closed, right palm raised in blessing and left hand resting on his knee. To the left, a bare-chested attendant in orange cloth holds a silver tray with a lit lamp toward him. Brass oil lamps stand on tall stands on both sides and a deity murti appears at right. Colourful painted panels frame the stage. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair is absent, but the saffron clothing, garlands and gold necklaces on the throne are consistent with his presence.
