A photograph of men and a woman seated on a concrete platform outside an orange-painted building, eating from metal plates during a meal. A white sign above the door reads "UNDER CAMERA SURVEILLACE". On the left, a bald man with a vertical tilak on his forehead wears a white vest and a black lower cloth, with a gold-toned necklace and a backpack, eating with his right hand. Next to him a man in a white vest eats, and a man in a pink and black tank top and black dhoti eats beside a seated man in a checked shirt holding a water bottle. A woman in an orange sari sits at far left beside a wire cage. A man in a green polo shirt holds a plate on the right, and an older man in an orange shawl and white dhoti sits behind the door. Several people are seated along the wall, and a cage is placed beside the seating area.
