A photograph of an outdoor temple-like shrine decorated for a ceremony, with a golden arched niche holding a deity murti of a couple, dressed in red and pink with a crown and jewelled ornaments. Strings of marigold and yellow garlands and hanging fruit decorate the shrine, with blue velvet curtains at each side and banana plants in front. A man in saffron/orange robes stands at left holding a microphone, appearing to address the seated audience of devotees in white clothes who sit on mats along the aisle. A videographer with a camera on his shoulder stands beside the speaker. The ceremony appears to be a puja before a deity shrine.

A dark-haired seated figure in orange robes sits on the golden peetha in front of the shrine; the figure's visible cues are saffron robes and a seated position but the face and hairstyle are not clear enough to confirm identity, so this is an uncertain candidate. Golden oil lamps line the sides of the shrine, and a camera operator stands near the throne. A large crowd of devotees in white clothing fills the foreground, many seen from behind, some with shaved heads. Red and white striped canopy drapes and a red-and-white framed stage surround the shrine, with a colourful vertical banner on the right. Green foliage and a fence border the scene.2010-09-07December 26 20082008-12-26December 26 20082008-12-26July 21 20102010-07-21
