A photograph of an empty dirt lot under an overcast grey sky. On the left stands a multi-storey red-brick building with a partly constructed upper frame and a dome-like structure on its roof. Beside the lot, a wire fence on wooden posts runs across the ground, and a heap of rubble and stones lies behind it. Parked cars sit near the building and trees line the far edge of the site. No people are visible.
