A photograph of a ceremonial honouring at an Akhil Bharath Hindu Mahasabha event. A figure with long dark hair, a brown and gold-bordered cloth and bare shoulders reaches up to drape an orange shawl over the head of a standing man in orange robes and an orange turban, who holds a microphone. Behind them, a man in orange shawls and a bald priest in red-brown robes with rudraksha malas and white markings hold a fruit tray and a stick. A red-orange banner with portraits of historical figures and the text AKHIL BHARATH HINDU MAHASABHA hangs behind them, with maroon curtains and orange chairs around.

Behind them a banner shows portraits of many men in turbans, caps and suits, with orange and red colours and printed text. Several other figures in orange robes sit or stand in the background, including a seated person on the left in orange with a white forehead marking, and an orange-clad man on the right with a rudraksha mala. Red velvet drapes hang behind. Behind them, another saffron-robed man with a mala and shaved head watches, and seated orange-robed figures fill the foreground. A banner behind shows a collage of portrait photographs of historical and national figures, with Kannada text. The group appears to be honouring a guest swami. Several people are visible.2013-10-19A photograph of two men in a hall exchanging an offering. On the left, a long-haired man wearing a brown and gold-bordered dhoti with a bare upper body and a brown rudraksha mala offers a blue tray of fruit, including an apple, mango and pineapple, to a bearded man on the right dressed in a flowing saffron-orange shawl and garment, who holds the tray with both hands. Behind them, seated figures in orange robes sit on orange chairs, and a banner with portraits of men and Kannada text hangs on the wall. The left man is a presumed a person by appearance, with long swept-back hair and a distinctive rudraksha mala; this is an uncertain appearance-based label.
