A large grey Shiva lingam with silver bands is being bathed in milky liquid that streams down its surface, draped with a multicoloured garland of marigolds in red, yellow, green and purple. Beside it, a metal platform with stairs holds several men in maroon and red robes with garlands; two are visible in front, one with a shaved head and white markings, and a taller man with long dark hair and a red shawl with a gold necklace stands with hands together in anjali. Banana leaves frame the left side, and the overcast sky stands behind. Another figure in red is partly visible on the stairs below. This appears to be an abhishekam being performed on an outdoor lingam.
