Dusk scene on a reddish-brown dirt ground in front of a dark line of trees under a blue evening sky. A long queue of people stands behind a rope barrier strung on wooden posts, lit by a row of small string lights. Many are dressed in white, with some in red, orange and purple saris. Rows of empty brown plastic chairs sit in the foreground, and a few people in white and checked shirts walk across the ground. A bright white light stands near the centre of the queue.

Hundreds of people, many in white clothes, sit on rows of red-brown plastic chairs facing a raised stage area. Strings of lights and tall white lamp posts ring the grounds, and a flagpole and green-roofed structure stand in the background among trees under a pale evening sky. Men and women in white and coloured saris stand along the right side and walk through the crowd. The people are too small and distant to count individually, so the crowd is shown as a dense mass.2008-10-19
