A street procession moves past buildings and utility poles under an overcast sky. Saffron-robed sannyasis wearing heavy gold necklaces walk in the centre. The man in the middle has an orange turban, palms pressed together in namaste, and a rudraksha mala, and he is smiling. Around him, a bald saffron-robed man and another devotee in orange walk alongside. Above them a large maroon umbrella with multicoloured tassels is held aloft, and a golden staff with a ceremonial standard is carried nearby. Men in white dhotis and shirts and uniformed police officers line the procession. Several orange flags with a black emblem are raised, and banners hang along the street.
