A photograph taken through a vehicle windscreen of a road under construction. A silver SUV with a spare tyre mounted on its rear door drives on a tarmac road toward a red-and-white sign reading TAKE DIVERSION with an arrow. Beside the road are unpaved sandy embankments, a green roadside sign, a yellow-and-green bus and a large truck further ahead on a raised road, and a few people standing and walking along the dirt verge. Palm trees and utility poles with overhead wires line the horizon under a pale sky.
