Outdoor photo on a dirt ground at an ashram: a young woman in a white kurta and white dhoti-style trousers with an orange shawl stands under a white steel frame, gripping a barbell loaded with weight plates at shoulder height while a woman in white assists her. A bare-chested man in a white dhoti with a yellow-bordered cloth stands at left, hands raised near the bar. Around them a large crowd of young people in white and orange clothes, some with rudraksha malas, watches closely, with onlookers in saffron and white at right.
