A night-time outdoor photograph of an open ground with bright floodlights glowing at the right and along the horizon. Several lit multi-storey buildings with rows of warm windows stand at the left. A line of small reddish sparks or lights streaks upward across the dark sky. Two or three figures in orange-coloured clothing and a few people in white and dark clothes move across the lower ground, partially blurred by motion, with scattered construction materials and debris in the foreground.

Several people stand in the foreground: a figure in orange-saffron cloth near a small blue-and-white metal stand, another in orange with a bare upper body, and people in white clothing and dark clothes among the crowd. A large blue umbrella is at the right edge. Behind them are a multi-storey building with lit windows and strings of coloured lights along a distant path. Slabs of stone lie scattered on the ground.
