The lingam is draped with a long garland and a band of colourful flower garlands in orange, yellow, red, green and white. Several saffron-robed priests stand on a metal staircase climbing the lingam's platform, and a few seated figures in saffron and maroon sit on red tiered steps at left. Empty red-cushioned seating rises in the background, and a fence and parked vehicles line the far edge. Green foliage frames the foreground.
