Outdoor protest gathering in front of a green wall with a signboard reading in Tamil. A young man in a white short-sleeved shirt and dark jeans stands at a microphone on a stand, speaking, one hand raised. Behind him a white banner in Tamil script hangs on a fence. Seated in white shirts and white dhotis, several men listen on red plastic chairs; one older man in a white dhoti wears an orange-bordered shawl and holds papers. A man at right in a white shirt sits with hands folded. A yellow wall holds a black memorial plaque with Tamil inscriptions. Water bottles sit near the microphone.
