A photograph of a storm-damaged coastal relief site beneath tall, wind-bent palm trees under a pale sky. In the foreground, three men stand beside a wire fence: a man in an olive-green shirt on the left, and two men in a dark blue shirt and a white short-sleeved shirt facing away toward the camp. A tall pole flies an orange flag bearing a dark circular emblem. Behind the fence are a corrugated-roof shelter with bamboo-pole supports, a white building, hanging cloth and clothing, and scattered debris on the ground.
